Welcome to Lumin Flow. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Services

Lumin Flow provides custom AI automation development, consulting, and deployment services ("Services"). Our focus is on sovereign AI agents that operate within client infrastructure.

2. Intellectual Property & Sovereignty

Unlike traditional SaaS platforms where you rent software, we build assets for you. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA):

Work Product: The custom code and agents we build for you become your intellectual property upon full payment.
Background IP: We retain rights to our underlying tools, libraries, and methodologies used to create the Work Product, granting you a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use User Rights background IP as part of the delivered solution.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that the data you provide to our AI agents complies with all applicable privacy laws (such as GDPR) and that you have the necessary rights to process such data.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

While we strive for excellence, AI technology is probabilistic by nature. Lumin Flow provides services "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that our AI agents will be error-free or that they will handle every edge case perfectly. Human-in-the-loop oversight is recommended for critical decision-making workflows.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumin Flow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lithuania and the European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles.
