Cookies on luminflows.com.
The marketing site you’re reading right now uses cookies the way a 1990s newspaper used pencils: only where strictly necessary, and visibly. No analytics tracking, no advertising pixels, no chat widgets phoning home in the background.
What we use.
Essential cookies. A session cookie when you submit a form (used to bind a CSRF token to the request so the worker on the other end can verify it’s you, not a bot). These cookies expire when you close the tab.
That’s it. No Google Analytics. No Meta pixel. No HubSpot or Intercom widget. The fonts are self-hosted via Next.js, so the third-party Google cookies that normally arrive with embedded webfonts don’t apply on this site.
What about the product?
The Lumin Flows application at app.luminflows.com uses its own essential cookies for authentication (your sign-in session and a refresh token). Those are set on the application domain only and never leak back to the marketing site.
Turning them off.
You can block cookies in your browser. The site will still read normally, but form submissions may fail without a CSRF token. If you need to contact us without forms, email ops@luminflows.com directly.
Changes.
If we ever add a non-essential cookie — analytics, marketing pixel, anything — we’ll ask first via a consent banner and update this page on the same day.
