The terms you agree to.
This is the contract between you and Lumin Flows when you use the product or this site. We’ve tried to write it the way we’d want to read it — short paragraphs, no contradictions, no surprises.
1. Who we are.
Lumin Flows GmbH, a company registered in Berlin, Germany. Throughout these terms “we”, “us” and “Lumin Flows” mean the same legal entity.
2. What the product does.
Lumin Flows is the operator OS for AI agents. You give it a job — triage tickets, post invoices to your ERP, close repetitive support threads — and the runtime carries it out, signing a receipt for every step. The Builder, the Runtime, and the Receipt are the three surfaces you’ll interact with.
3. Your account.
You’re responsible for the people you invite into your workspace and for keeping their credentials safe. If something looks off — an unexpected sign-in, a receipt you didn’t expect — tell us at legal@luminflows.com.
4. Acceptable use.
Don’t use Lumin Flows to break the law, infringe someone else’s rights, send unsolicited bulk email, host illegal content, or reverse-engineer the product to build a competing service. We’ll terminate accounts that do.
5. Pricing and payment.
Plans, included volumes, and overage charges live on the pricing page. We bill monthly or annually depending on your plan; invoices are payable within thirty days. Late payments may pause the agent runtime — we email before that happens.
6. Receipts and the audit trail.
Every agent action generates a signed, time-stamped receipt. Receipts are part of your data — you keep them, you can export them, and we don’t alter them retroactively. They are the foundation of the product and we treat them with the same care as your source data.
7. Data ownership.
Your data is yours. We process it on your behalf as a data processor under our Data Processing Agreement. We don’t train shared models on your data and we don’t use it to train ours. The full picture of where data lives and which subprocessors touch it is on the subprocessor list.
8. Termination.
You can cancel at any time from the billing settings or by emailing ops@luminflows.com. After cancellation we keep your data live for thirty days so you can export it; after that we delete it. We can terminate accounts for non-payment or for breach of the acceptable-use section above.
9. Limitation of liability.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability under these terms is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event that gave rise to the claim. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses. None of this limits liability we can’t legally limit — fraud, gross negligence, personal injury.
10. Governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Courts in Berlin have exclusive jurisdiction. If you’re a consumer (most of our customers aren’t), this clause doesn’t override the protections of your home country’s consumer law.
11. Changes.
We’ll email customers thirty days before any material change to these terms takes effect. Smaller edits (a clearer sentence, a typo) ship without notice; the date at the top of this page always reflects the latest revision.
12. Contact.
